Return and Modification Policy

Flights

In case the customer requests to cancel, not attend, or modify their flight, the financial refund is subject to the seat class and booking fare (globally approved booking classes by airlines are as follows):

• a - Non-refundable and non-modifiable.
• b - Non-refundable but modifiable for a modification fee.
• c - Refundable with a cancellation fee deduction and modifiable for a modification fee.
• d - Refundable with a cancellation fee and modifiable without charge.
• e - Refundable and modifiable without charge.
• f - Some airlines offer flight credit service in case of cancellation instead of a financial refund.

Hotels

The customer is not entitled to request cancellation or refund of the hotel booking amount after confirmation.

Tour Packages

Tour packages are non-modifiable or non-cancellable after execution.
